I design for the moment
people almost quit.

I didn’t get into design to make things look good. I got into it because I kept seeing people struggle with screens that should have been simple and I couldn’t ignore it. People clicked the wrong things. They hesitated. They gave up halfway. That wasn’t user error. That was a design problem worth fixing. Today, I design websites and product screens by paying close attention to where people slow down, get confused, or stop and fixing those moments so they can move forward without effort. I care less about trends and more about whether someone can finish what they came to do.
